Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 30-day trial is open as soon as you verify your email. We will only ask for a card when you pick a plan.
Is GST included?
No — the prices shown are AUD ex GST. Stripe adds 10% GST at checkout, so $59/mo becomes $64.90/mo paid. GST-registered brokers can enter their ABN at checkout. A tax invoice goes out via Stripe each billing cycle.
What happens after the trial?
If you do not pick a plan, your account pauses on day 31. Your data stays put and the moment you subscribe, the dashboard, insights, refinance scoring, and PDF valuations come straight back on.
How do I cancel?
Click Manage subscription on the billing page — Stripe Customer Portal lets you cancel or switch plans without emailing us.
Which aggregators are supported?
Deterministic-first extraction is live for Astute, Choice, Connective, FAST, and VOW. AFG, LMG, Finsure, Outsource, and Purple Circle fall through to AI extraction until their mapping rows land.
Where is my data hosted?
Everything is hosted in Sydney, and files you upload land in a team-scoped Australian bucket. Nothing leaves the country except the AI extraction calls themselves, which run across multiple AI providers with automatic fallback.
